Store Policies
Believer's Loft offers the following Returns Policy:
Damaged product: (Other than Electronic Parts) We stand behind our products! We will refund the initial shipping cost if we require you to ship product back to us (Other than being shipped free). It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and fund the return of product. Product will be replaced or we will refund your payment, your choice. Item is not as described: If product arrives and is not as described, we will refund your product cost and initial shipping cost (Other than being shipped free). Our policy is customer satisfaction. In the instance that product is not as described, we will fund the return of the product. Do not return items without a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA).
